The rugged coastline, magnificent cliffs and delightful sandy coves of this quiet, unspoilt southern tip of the South Hams are excellent both for bird watching and walking. This unusual cottage enjoys long sea views from the balcony, has a large games room, three most attractive bedrooms and provides a warm and inviting base from which to explore this stunning area.

Front door into the original garage, now a games area with painted floor, mini pool table, table tennis table and separate utility area with sink, washer/dryer machine and freezer. Hallway. Handsome ground floor double bedroom with 5ft bed, wall mounted TV, fitted cupboards and en-suite shower room with large shower enclosure, basin and WC. Stairs to the upper floor living room with polished wood floor, rugs, two large sofas, FreeSat TV/DVD, stereo CD/cassette player, books and games. The dining table seats 6 and a sliding patio door opens to a small balcony. The kitchen area is small, well equipped with wooden work surfaces, dishwasher, electric cooker with ceramic hob, built-under oven, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Two steps down from the living room to two more bedrooms. Bathroom with bath, hand shower over, basin and WC. Double bedroom with 5ft bed and wardrobe. Twin bedroom with two 3ft beds, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with basin and WC.

Outside: The little decked balcony outside the living room has a table and chairs for 2 and sea views across the rooftops. The large games area on the ground floor can also be used for storage of a small boat and water sports gear. The cottage is 50 yards from the village green, ideal for ball games and has direct access to the coastal paths.
