For those who love to explore the whole of Celtic Cornwall with its wonderful beaches, the fine restaurants and numerous attractions such as the Eden project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are easily accessible from this welcoming home from home.

Accommodation:  Door from the front patio into a large kitchen/dining room with flagstone floor. Shaker style kitchen with electric hob, built in oven and grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Dining area with oak extendable table with 8 chairs. Open tread stairs to the lounge divide the kitchen and dining area. Lower double bedroom with 5ft double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Fully tiled shower room with shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. First floor lounge with twin leather sofas and a Poang chair, exposed beams, a 32in LCD TV and DVD. Door to balcony overlooking the garden with stairs down to the front patio. Utility room off lounge with washing machine and tumble dryer. A couple of steps up to the master bedroom with 5ft double bed, fitted wardrobes with shelves, a dressing table and views over the garden. Off the lounge is a large family bathroom with bath and hand held shower, hand basin and WC. Further stairs from the lounge wind up to a delightful children's twin bedroom set in the eaves with two 3ft single beds, bedside cabinets and a hanging rail.

Outside: A private drive with gate and plenty of parking leads past the upper patio, equipped with table, chairs and chimenea.  A level lawn extends in front of the barn with steps down to the morning patio furnished with garden table, chairs and sun shade. Beside the upper patio is a kennel with an inside and outside run, ideal for your pet when visiting dog restricted areas.
