Suitably remote, surrounded by fabulous scenery , furnished with a sumptuous bed and delightful wood panelled sitting room with a wood burner for those wild winter nights. In this very special spot, sunny days can be spent on the beach, or for the more energetic, miles of wonderful walking in truly magnificent surroundings. Accommodation:
Three steps up to the front door that opens directly into the living area.  Delightful sitting area with wood floor, original wood panelled walls, attractive furnishings, two seater sofa, arm chair and wood burning stove. A fitted cupboard houses flat screen TV with DVD and the bay windows enjoy stunning views out to sea. Arch into the bedroom area . Superb 5ft bed and French doors that open  to the patio area. Further arch to a small but perfect kitchenette . This is a single stainless steel unit comprising twin electric hob, sink, combined oven/microwave and fitted fridge with ice box. A drop down wall shelf provides work space. Door from here into a smart contemporary shower room with under-floor heating, large walk-in shower with rose and hand shower heads, ladder radiator, basin and WC.

Outside:   A fairly rough track (not suitable for low slung cars) leads from Lannacombe beach to The Watch House and the Coastguard Cottages. A gated driveway provides parking for the cottages and the grounds are enclosed by low stone walls. The Watch House has its own private patio area alongside, provided with table and chairs and overlooking the grounds shared with the Coastguard Cottages. The South West coastal path passes in front of the cottage protected by a wall, from which a path leads down to Ivy Cove.

Included: Bed linen, towels , (guests to provide their own beach towels), heating (night storage and underfloor heating in the bathroom), electricity and initial supply of logs for the wood burner.
