A short stroll will bring you to the South Hams coastal path which winds around spectacular coastline with dramatic scenery, after which you can replenish in the superb and extraordinary village hostelry. Situated just steps from the village green, the  Pigs Nose pub and Piglet Cafe, it provides a fantastic bolt hole for those wishing to explore East Prawle and the South Hams. (Regret: not suitable for children or infants.)

Accommodation: Access to the property is up six stone steps to the garden gate. Pathway leads through the garden to the glazed stable door entrance. Step into the cosy and compact Lounge, comfortably furnished with sofa and armchair, oak dresser and electric fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD and Micro CD system, with a small dining table and chairs for two. The double bedroom has a 4ft 6in bed with dressing table, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. Bathroom with bath, hand held shower, pedestal basin and WC. Very small but functional kitchen with basic cooking facilities comprising combination oven/microwave, twin-ring electric hotplate, fridge with icebox.

Outside: The cottage has its own enclosed garden laid in slate with beautiful flower borders and rockeries with garden furniture and extendable clothes line. Steps lead down from the garden to the pathway and lane leading behind the property.
