Trelyne is a delightful detached cottage, tucked away in a quiet residential street in the popular seaside town of Looe, Cornwall with wonderful views of the river and town. This spacious property is lovingly cared for by its owners, and they have created a real "home from home" feeling. The property is in an elevated position and is a very short walk from the town centre, which has an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as a large sandy beach. Or, if you prefer, sit in the lounge and watch the comings and goings down in the harbour, with the tides, the local fishing and pleasure boats providing a constantly changing vista. Access via a pathway to front courtyard and entrance into porch. Utility room with washing machine. Cloakroom with WC and basin. Kitchen with Aga (gas), Belfast sink, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dining table which seats 4. Spacious lounge with sofa and two easy chairs, fireplace with living flame gas fire, flat screen TV, integral DVD player and iPod dock, music system. Large sliding doors to a balcony, providing river views, with steps leading down to garden. Staircase up to the first floor landing. Modern shower room with large shower cubicle and electric shower, WC, wash basin and shaver point. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, river views, fitted cupboards. Twin bedroom with 3ft beds, wash basin and fitted cupboards.
Outside: Good sized and well maintained garden with a garden seat, accessed via steep steps from the lounge balcony.
Please note no under fives at this property due to potential dangers from the garden access.
Included: Bed linen (please bring your own towels), electricity, gas for Aga and heating by electric heaters.
Security Deposit: £50.
No parking It is possible to unload outside briefly. The Millpool Car park is recommended for a weekly stay. (Charges apply).

Beach 5 minute's walk. Other south coast beaches are easily accessible by car.
