Facing the sea, with spectacular views of the bustling harbour of Polperro and the sea beyond, this spacious cottage has been tastefully refurbished and has a small sheltered patio garden with a cosy conservatory from where one can soak up the sun and observe the comings and goings of this traditional fishing port. Treselah has well proportioned rooms on four levels with exposed beams and feature fireplaces. Most of the rooms enjoy views to the south taking in the harbour and the sea and the cottage is ideal for the larger family who are looking for comfortable accommodation with easy access to the many amenities available in this popular holiday destination.

Accommodation
Entrance into the hallway and immediately right is located the family bathroom, with bath (shower over) hand basin and WC. At end of the hall, door into spacious carpeted lounge with lovely views and furnished with a futon sofa and three armchairs, natural stone fireplace and exposed beams, TV, DVD, micro HiFi with iPod docking station. Stairs down to newly refurbished well equipped kitchen/diner with flagstone floor, ceramic hob and oven under, microwave, fridge freezer,  washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area has a contemporary solid oak table and seating for 8, sideboard and an original fireplace with stove effect fan electric heater. A door leads into the south facing sun room with cane sofa and chairs and small table. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor with a lovely light and airy double bedroom, commanding excellent views, with 4'6" double bed and TV. At the rear of the house is the twin bedroom with two 3' single beds and an adjacent cloakroom with WC and hand basin. Further stairs up to the attic space with a delightful and spacious double bedroom with futon bed that extends to a 4'6" double with en-suite shower room, hand basin and WC.

Outside: From the sun room, a door opens out to the sunny patio area, with glorious views towards the water with garden table and chairs.

Included: Bed linen. (guests must provide their own towels) and stairgate. Travel Cot/High Chair available by arrangement.
Heating (night storage) and electricity £1.00 coin meter.
Security deposit £50.
Pets One well behaved dog welcome (not permitted in bedrooms) £25 per pet per week
Parking Small Garage provided (Not suitable for large vehicles). Please Note: Transport into the village from the main car park is either by electric tram or your own two feet, the harbour being approximately half a mile away.  Some vehicle access is possible, but not to all parts of the village and is especially difficult during the summer. 
No telephone mobile reception mixed.
Polperro beach 5 minutes walk.  Talland beach 1 mile.  Other beaches are easily accessible by car.
Shops, Post Office, Pubs and Restaurants, all in Polperro. Looe, with more facilities, 4 miles. Plymouth, 25 miles. Truro, 29 miles.
