Accommodation
Stable door opens to a small hallway with an arch into the kitchen diner. The simple kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and dining table to seat 3. Stairs to half landing where there is a separate WC and wash basin. The small first floor sitting room has great views from the window seat, a two seater sofa, one armchair and TV with DVD player. Further stairs to the second floor double bedroom, a charming room with wonderful views, 4ft 6in double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, (shower over), basin, WC and electric wall heater. There is a curtained hanging area in the living room.

Included: Bed linen (guests must provide own towels).
Heating (night storage) and electricity by £1 coin meter. 
Parking  There is no designated space.  Weekly tickets are available in the main Car Park, or we have a space available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please enquire at the time of booking.  Please Note: Transport into the village from the main car park is either by electric tram or your own two feet, the harbour being approximately half a mile away.  Some vehicle access is possible, but not to all parts of the village and is especially difficult during the summer.

Beaches  Polperro beach 5 minutes walk.  Talland beach 1 mile.  Other beaches are easily accessible by car. Shops, Post Office, Pubs and Restaurants, all in Polperro. Looe, with more facilities, 4 miles.  Plymouth 25 miles.  Truro 29 miles.
