Kingsbridge

Self catering holiday cottage

South Devon

Kingsbridge is the central hub of the South Hams and Western Knowle can be found at the top of this attractive, vibrant market town, within the conservation area and just a few minutes' walk away from a diverse selection of individual shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and a cinema. This handsome town house has all the benefits that the Georgian era bestowed with well proportioned rooms, high ceilings, large shuttered windows and a charming, south facing, very private rear walled garden. The light and bright spacious rooms that retain many period features, have just been totally refurbished and provide exceptional comfort in a most attractive setting. The property is an ideal choice for walkers and cyclists, with secure bike storage and all amenities to hand, so no driving necessary. Located at the head of the Salcombe/Kingsbridge estuary, Kingsbridge is surrounded by rolling hills, wooded river valleys, sandy beaches and a spectacular coastline providing ample opportunities to walk, sail, surf, windsurf, fish, ride, or play golf, what better place to be based than Western Knowle.
