Just a quarter of a mile from the sea up a quiet country lane, this 17th Century cottage and adjoining neighbour overlook an attractive mature garden and peaceful countryside but is only a mile from the fabulous Victorian seaside town of Ilfracombe and the best sandy beaches are only 5 miles distant. The picturesque cliff top path at Hele Bay with popular pub and shops and a country bus route, is within easy walking distance, with a golf course half a mile. Hele beach has been awarded the Encams Rural Beach Flag. This is a very well placed, comfortable, double glazed holiday cottage from which the North Devon coast can be enjoyed.

Accommodation:
Steps lead down from garden gate to small courtyard and front door to small hallway. The sitting/dining room has a three-piece suite, flat screen TV & DVD player, dining table with seating for four and attractive garden views with glazed door opening onto patio outside. The kitchen is divided from the living room by the stairs and has a gas cooker, fridge with icebox, microwave and washing machine. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one double bedded room with 3ft beds that clip together to form a large double and one single room (3ft bed) with a further 'Z' bed provided. The bathroom has bath with shower over, basin and WC.

Outside: There is an attractive fully enclosed garden with steps down to small courtyard and a further shared garden with lawns and borders, pretty window boxes and hanging baskets. Garden furniture and
barbecue are supplied.

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity and gas. Cot and high chair can be supplied by arrangement.
Central heating if required £15 per week and paid on departure.
Pets: One dog by arrangement with neighbouring resident dog! Dogs must not be left unattended in the cottage. Pet charge £25 per pet.
Parking:  Ample parking in private driveway.
