Yabsley Cottage is a charming semi detached character cottage situated in an excellent position in the village centre, close to the beach, Post Office Stores, pub and restaurants. The cottage has wonderful views of the beach and the sea and benefits from a small front garden and private parking. This comfortable, traditional fisherman's cottage makes a perfect destination for a small family wanting the typical seaside holiday or a couple looking for a romantic getaway and the real fire in the lounge makes it a wonderful winter destination. Hope Cove has a vibrant local community with plenty going on during the summer and during the autumn and spring seasons there are cosy inns with roaring fires where you can relax after a bracing walk along the stunning South West Coastal Path that runs through the village.

Accommodation:
Front door into open plan kitchen/living room with stripped pine floors, beams, an inglenook fireplace (difficult to light, instructions in cottage), a dining table with 3 chairs and a window seat, TV and DVD. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Downstairs bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin and WC. Separate cloakroom with hand basin and WC. Steep stairs to landing and generous double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, feature fireplace, hand basin and sea views. Small bunk bedroom with 3ft bunk beds with sea views.

Outside: Small front garden with picnic table and benches.

Included: Duvets, pillows, (guests to provide their own bed linen and towels), and electricity. 
Heating (night storage) from end of September until Spring Bank Holiday £20.00 per week.
