Just half a mile from beautiful Blackpool Sands, Yew Tree Cottage is a most attractive period stone cottage, tucked away in a quiet corner of this charming old village. The sailing mecca and historic town of Dartmouth is just three miles away and the South West Coastal Path and lovely rural countryside within walking distance.


Accommodation:
From the quiet lane the front door opens to a tiny hallway with coat hooks and tumble dryer. The cosy sitting room features a large inglenook fireplace inset with a wood burner, two comfortable sofas and chair, Freesat/flat-screen TV with DVD, mini hi-fi system and a very narrow doorway into the dining room with a dresser, table to seat 5. Small kitchen with fitted cupboards, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, fridge with ice compartment and stable door to rear courtyard. Upstairs, pretty double bedroom with 5ft pine bed, built-in cupboard and window that peeps across neighbouring fields, the other to the sea. Two steps up from here to a further sitting room with sofa, chair, beanbags and glimpses of Start Point across fields. Small bunk bedroom with full size 3ft bunks and fitted cupboard. Small bathroom with bath, electric shower over, basin and WC. 'Z' bed available for a 5th guest.

Outside: The cottage fronts onto a very quiet narrow lane. To the rear is a shared rear courtyard with an archway to the road. No garden, but Blackpool Sands is within walking distance (half a mile).

Included: Bed linen, towels, cot, high chair and summer electricity.  Initial supply of logs provided.
