Dartmouth Music Festival 2017 – May 12th – 14th

Three days. 100+ performances. 20+ venues around Dartmouth.

Back for its 20th year, the Dartmouth Music Festival promises to be “bigger and better than ever!”

This ever-popular three day event is spread throughout the historic maritime town of Dartmouth, and is the largest ‘free’ musical event of its kind in South Devon.

The Dart Festival is open to everyone, with a vast array of acts ranging from blues, soul, and rock, to acoustic, classical and folk: and that’s just scratching the surface. Since it’s humble beginnings, attending the festival has become one of the stand-out things to do in Dartmouth each year.

The festival places musical acts all over Dartmouth, from the main stage on the water’s edge, to churches, restaurants, and hotels. You can also expect to enjoy open air street-based performers who help to make up the list of international acts.

“The first festival captured the hearts of the residents, surprised visitors, and brought together a diverse and hugely talented group of artists.” Dart Music Festival

The Dart Music Festival is a not-for-profit organisation, and looks to support young musicians through its ‘Dart Music Foundation.’ The ethos of the festival remains embedded at its heart: “Music for All.”
