In the run-up to Christmas, the historic market town of Kingsbridge will be staging a day packed with festivities.
The town square will be a hive of activity, opening with the farmer’s market where you’ll find quality local produce on offer. You’ll be able to meet ponies from the Mare & Foal Sanctuary and take a ride on the Kingsbridge District Light Railway.
Fore Street will be buzzing with festive stalls crammed with tempting treats, whilst chorus singing and fiddle playing will add some rhythm to the occasion. You can expect a warm welcome from the town’s shopkeepers who are keen to share their Christmas bargains, and don’t forget to drop in on the many exhibitions that will be going on from the Library, to the Harbour House arts centre, and beyond!
You can hop on the free shuttle bus service which will be running to and from St Nick’s Fair (held at the community college) where they’ll be a selection of crafts and cakes, and also live music.
