The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a Dolce Gusto pod machine for your perfect morning coffee.
There is plenty of space for a meal or a family board game.
Upstairs, you'll find the family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.
Enjoy a peaceful lunch on the patio.
Twin beds in the second bedroom suit either the children or adults.
There are bunk beds in the third bedroom - perfect for children on a holiday adventure!

This is such a quiet corner of the estate. The woodland walk to the beach is parallel to the house, and behind us.

And here's the view along with the foot ferry that takes you across the river to Helford Village.
You are so close to the beach!
At the bottom of the Maenporth hill, you'll find the beach and a a super cafe.
The Ferry Boat Inn is just along the coast at Helford Passage. A must for a freshly caught seafood meal with a view.
Swanpool beach, cafe and crazy golf is a five-minute drive.
The beautiful Trebah Gardens leading down to a private beach.
In Falmouth itself, Gyllyngvase beach is very popular with both locals and visitors to the area.
Try the Gylly Beach Cafe for lunch or an evening meal.
Families love the Maritime Museum in Falmouth - it's a real hands-on museum and the views from the observer's tower are fabulous.
Truro is our capital city - great for shops, restaurants, pubs and some beautiful architecture.
The Eden Centre is a must for a family day out.
