A gem on Lyme's world heritage coast, enjoying views looking out over the historic harbour in the heart of the old port area of Lyme Regis adjacent to the famous Cobb and only 10 minutes walk from Lyme's town centre. The property has a stylish fitted kitchen which opens out into the living/dining space and each bedroom also has a balcony overlooking the harbour and back towards Monmouth Beach. This tastefully appointed apartment sleeps five people and is perfectly located for an evening stroll before dinner out in celebrity chef’s Mark Hix's Oyster and Fish restaurant.
The town is a wonderful location for those seeking a traditional seaside break. A wide selection of independent shops, as well as an award winning museum and theatre, can be found. For the more adventurous the South West Coast Path heads west through the amazing Undercliff between Lyme Regis and Axmouth, or east towards Charmouth and the magnificent National Trust land at Golden Cap. If you are planning a holiday in West Dorset local activities include excellent crabbing - the seasiders favourite sport, fishing trips, coastal and countryside hiking along the South West Coast Path, fossil hunting, diving, seafront pubs, and crazy golf. Celebrity chef Mark Hix's Oyster and Fish House fish restaurant is 5 minutes walk and the famous River Cottage Canteen restaurant is 15 minutes drive away in Axminster.

Outside staircase leads to Lobby area on the first floor. Front door to hallway. Open plan Lounge with sofas, Flatscreen TV, DVD and films. 180 degree views of harbour, beach and Lyme Bay. Kitchen/diner with fully fitted units, cooker, hob, dishwasher, Smeg fridge with ice box and microwave. Dining table seats up to 6 guests. Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6inch double bed. Bedroom 2 with triple sleeper bunk bed (single over 4ft 6inch bed). Family bathroom with stand alone claw feet bath, separate shower, wash basin and WC.
Balcony, accessible from both bedrooms.
There are a couple of alternatives for car parking. There is a public car park very nearby (Monmouth beach) 9pm - 8am is free. Any other time is £1.40 per hour. If you don’t mind a walk up the hill, there is the Holmbush car park where you can park for around £14 a week – contact us for more details. However, during the winter months, i.e. from 1st October through till the 15th of March, you are permitted to park in the road behind the property.
