Comfortable, well equipped cottage ideal for 2 people and a dog. Polperro is a lovely village - great for eating and drinking and providing basic supplies. It's also well located for visiting places or coastal walking which is our preference. We had a problem with the bathroom tap, but the staff at the office in Polperro were very helpful and the owner fixed it within a couple of days. It might be an idea to make people aware of the steepness of the road and the challenge of driving down it!
1 Head o' Ditch was perfect,so quaint and cosy with everything one could wish for. It was our first visit to Polperro and it won't be our last. Beautiful walks from the door,an abundance of places to eat and drink with the majority welcoming dogs.We didn't need to use the car as local shops had all the necessary provisions for our stay. Toad Hall Cottages made the booking very straight forward and were always polite and helpful-highly recommended.
We feel absolutely fine in the cottage and enjoyed our holidays there.
