In need of an update the balcony in our bedroom was totally unusable due to dirt, a seagull had been nesting on the roof as stated in a note on the floor but this had long gone this should have been checked and the appropriate cleaning undertaken. The hamper was a nice touch and the location second to none. Apartment number 2 has been completely renovated and seems to rent for the same price. Please review the parking as I believe an extra space has been added to apartment 2 which makes parking at apartment 1 almost impossible I had to move furniture out of the garage to make my car even get in the garage even then it did stick out thank goodness the electric garage door did not go wrong and decide to close by itself ouch
We are sorry that you have experienced a problem with seagulls and parking, unfortunately seagulls are an issue in the area and like any seaside keep returning to their nesting area, we are using a professional company to take appropriate course of action, as these birds are protected. The parking has been discussed with the relevant parties and this will now not be used as an additional parking bay, and should not cause further issues. We are glad you like the hamper we try to source things locally and hope that it adds a nice welcome to your stay.

We enjoyed very much our stay, in the flat we found everything we needed.
We enjoyed our stay very much. Given the cost of the rental, it was disappointing that some equipment, such as the table mats and coasters, were substandard, and that there was an insufficient number of forks (only 7) and of small tumblers. The description of the garage needs to be modified as it is only large enough to accommodate a SMALL car. Therefore there is a risk that inadvertently the garage door would be lowered using the automatic switch which would cause serious damage to the car partially parked inside. Some of the bathroom locks did not work.
Yes we did very much enjoy our stay
We really enjoyed our stay it was a lovely place and lovely location, the only thing I missed was a dishwasher but I guess we can't have everything :-)
We had a wonderful week with all that we needed in a great location. We enjoyed the local beach and facilities and the walks around the area. The accommodation was all that we could hope for with parking and everything in the apartment clean and working well. The local seagulls even managed to show off their cute babies on the roof of the house next door. Thank you.
Very enjoyable stay. The only negative was that the heating wasn't working, but super impressed with the speed and efficiency of Roger and Lynne in getting this fixed.
