2 De Challon lies in the heart of the Fallapit Estate, just outside of East Allington village. Overlooking the picturesque lake, the property is perfectly positioned to enjoy the tranquility of the estate or explore the 18 acres of unspoilt countryside. De Challon is a collection of properties within the estate which have been converted into beautiful, high spec modern dwellings. The accommodation is superb, perfect for a family or couples alike, comprising an ultra-modern kitchen with high quality appliances and a spacious, stylish living room, with underfloor heating throughout. All three bedrooms are luxurious and the bathrooms are beautifully appointed, offering a complete home from home feeling.

The estate boasts many peaceful seating areas to soak up the evening sun, and beautiful walks to enjoy throughout the whole year. The village of East Allington is home to a country pub, and a well-stocked village shop. Many sandy beaches lie within easy driving distance, and the South Hams is home to several market towns including Kingsbridge and Dartmouth, which provide plenty to see and do to keep the whole family entertained.
