3 Beacon Point, a recently built cliff top cottage split over three levels, with stunning views looking directly out to sea, is located just a few minutes’ walk from the sandy beaches of Thurlestone Sands, South Devon. Far from the madding crowd but offering a fabulous Beach café, South West coastal path and a wide range of watersports such as paddleboarding, canoeing and windsurfing, this is a perfect location all year round for a beach holiday, walking, bird watching or simply relaxing by the sea and taking in the gorgeous ever-changing vistas.

Please note: This property will accept a maximum of 4 adults, as only under 18s will be accepted on the bunk beds. 

From the entrance, steps lead from the landing with cloakroom and WC up to the first floor open plan living room area, with lounge area with sofas, flat screen TV and DVD. Dining area with dining table to seat up to eight. Well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. From the dining area is a door which leads out via steps to the garden and terrace areas. Staircase to upper floor with Master bedroom, 4ft 6inch double bed, fitted wardrobes, en suite shower room with basin, heated towel rail and WC. Steps to the lower ground floor : Bedroom 2: double bedroom with 4ft 6inch bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 3 with two sets of 3ft bunk beds (for children aged under 18yrs only), wardrobe and chest of drawers. Lower Ground floor family bathroom with bath and shower cubicle, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

We had a great time and loved the situation of the cottage. The views were to die for and to have the beach within walking distance was a treat. The split level worked well for us and the standard of decor was really good. Access to Hope Cove was the cherry on the cake. Many thanks.
