Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Fallapit Estate, Bouchard is a collection of dwellings offering stylish and contemporary accommodation.

As well as its own private stone terraces guests also have access to the 18 acres of communal gardens and grounds that make up The Fallapit estate including woodland areas and a peaceful seating area overlooking the lake, ideal for soaking up the evening sun.

Located just outside the village of East Allington which is home to a vibrant pub, well stocked shop and close community. Several sandy beaches, and many seaside towns and villages in the South Hams are just a short drive away.

The grounds, location and space on offer make 4 Bouchard the perfect choice for a group of friends, a family or indeed a couple to escape to.

Kitchen area with breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, fully integrated Neff appliances including electric oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and a Bosch Tassimo coffee maker (guests to provide their own coffee pods). Dining area with table to seat 4. Lounge area with log-burner effect gas fire, two sofas and TV with Freesat and DVD. Family bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, hand basin, heated towel rail and bath with handheld shower attachment. Master bedroom with 5ft king size bed, tub chair and door to private terrace. Ensuite shower room with walk-in shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail. Bedroom three with two 3ft beds. Bedroom two with 5ft king size bed.

To the front there is a paved terrace overlooking neighbouring properties, furnished with table, chairs and bench seating. There is a further private paved terrace accessed from the master bedroom.

There are also 18 acres of communal grounds to explore, including woodland areas and a beautiful lake complete with a decked seating area overlooking the lake furnished with tables and chairs.

Designated parking space for one car, plus visitor’s parking spaces available.
