With the golden sandy beaches and South West Coastal Path only a short walk from the door, this property is perfect for families, walkers, surfers and anyone looking to relax by the sea. Bright and well presented, 44 Weymouth Park has patio doors leading from the lounge to a rear south facing terrace and the fully enclosed and beautifully kept garden, a perfect spot for some alfresco dining or simply taking in the view and the fresh sea air.

Sloped pathway and steps from drive to entrance. Lounge with comfortable sofas and armchairs, flat screen TV and DVD, log burner effect electric fire. Patio doors to south facing garden. Front lawn. Dining room with dining table to seat six. Modern kitchen with ceramic hob, built in electric oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and door to car port. Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with 5ft king size bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers. Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with 3ft single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 3: Bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and en suite toilet and washbasin. Family bathroom with bath and shower over.

Lawn and mature garden to front of property, with short driveway. Rear fully enclosed beautiful garden and lawn, with terraced area with garden table and chairs.

For two cars on separate driveways (driveway to car port is narrow and steep).

  • Included: All bed linen, (towels can be hired from an independent company - please enquire with Toad Hall Cottages for details) WIFI,  Electricity and heating (electric storage heaters).
  • Telephone - for incoming and outgoing emergency calls only. No mobile reception. Wi-Fi.

Love Hope Cove and location of bungalow. Stayed before but disappointed it was not ready for us etc. Also commented a year ago bath needed resealing and not done Also believe some cutlery plates etc missing. Owners need to take note

We had a lovely time in Hope Cove, the added touches of milk in the fridge, wine, biscuits and crisps made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend you and will be back. The only thing that concerned me was that we could not find a hair dryer and thought there must be one as the instructions were in the pack. Many thanks for a lovely stay, The Green family.

The battery on the to remote was running low and it would have been nice to have the grass cut before we arrived. Also, there is no bulb in one of the bedside lights in the room with 2 single beds. Apart from that, everything was amazing. Thanks for the wine, crisps, macaroons and milk, what a gorgeous little extra.

It is great to see you had such a good time in Hope Cove and many thanks for the useful feedback. We will ensure the points are all looked into.
