The property itself is located just minutes walk from town and is the perfect spot to really enjoy everything that Salcombe has to offer. From here you can walk, sail, potter around in boats, shop, dine out and enjoy yourself with minimal effort. The two large balconies at 6 Hamstone Court mean you can take delight in the views and activity on the water or enjoy al fresco dining at its very best.  On the coast of the beautiful South Hams region of Devon, Salcombe is surrounded by National Trust land, great coastlines and beaches and is a paradise for holiday makers of all ages.

Ground floor building entrance leads to communal lobby and well-kept stairs up to apartment. Third floor apartment entrance to hall which leads to all rooms. Bedroom 1 with 6ft super king bed, with en-suite shower room with large shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 with 3ft twin beds and access to main balcony. Bedroom 3 with 3ft twin beds. Living/dining room with 2 sofas, 2 arm chairs, TV, dining table to seat 6, Ipod dock, access to both balconies. Kitchen with hob, two electric ovens with microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, further Fridge freezer just outside kitchen. Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and WC and large sink (good for rinsing things out). 

Lounge leads to two balconies both with stunning waterside views. Picnic bench, garden furniture and chairs. Bedroom 2  also leads to balcony.

Designated parking for 1 car at property. Further parking on residential streets 5-10 minutes’ walk up the hill.

  • Telephone: For incoming, local outgoing and emergency calls. Mobile signal good.
  • Local Facilities: Beaches across estuary via passenger ferry 350 yards or North sands beach ½ mile. Shops, pubs, and restaurants all within 2 minute walk. Kingsbridge with all facilities including supermarkets 6 miles.

Had a lovely holiday. Great property, lots of room and storage. Very quiet and relaxing. Stunning views.

Loved our stay in this well laid out, well equipped penthouse apartment. Views were fantastic. Plenty of space for everyone. Convenient location an easy walk both to center of town and to beaches. Salcombe is a fabulous destination. We have stayed many times over many years and this was our best apartment yet.
