Located in a small residential block, providing a wonderful view of the busy Lymington marina, reed marshes and nature reserve, this lovely second floor flat is an ideal stop for a New Forest break. The Isle of Wight ferry (linked to Lymington and Brockenhurst by the South West train service runs along the shoreline in front of the property) is five to ten minutes' walk away. Please note some low level noise from the trainline is to be expected.
A fifteen minute walk along the river and across the causeway leads into the centre of Lymington where you will find a vibrant Georgian town with many restaurants, designer shops and pubs. Access to open forest walks are within a ten minute drive from the property.

Yes, we had a relaxing few days. Enjoyed the views from the balcony. Apartment was well equipped and we had all we needed to hand. The building itself looks a little worn and tired but once in apartment the decor was good. We had a very good meal at the Ferryman - need to check opening times.
This was our 2nd visit to 6 island point. We really enjoyed our stay here (after having problems accessing key lock on arrival!) & hope to return next year. Perhaps balcony should be checked for cleanliness as we found rails were very soiled, otherwise every thing else was fine! Also our thanks to new forest cottage staff who were very helpful to us when we had key problem!!

Perfect location for the town and the New Forest. Also a beautiful view from the balcony.
Lovely flat, well equipped. Especially enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the marina. Short walk into town. Will recommend to friends and family!
The owners of this property must have stayed in it themselves to make sure that all the facilities and equipment that might reasonably be wanted on a self catering holiday would be there for us. A well thought-out holiday let and much appreciated, thank you!
