Adjacent to family shower room with walk in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.  A small flight of stairs to Bedroom 3: Single bedroom with 3ft bed, chest of drawers and beautiful sea views. Further staircase to ground floor with snug/sitting room, Smart TV with freeview, two seater sofa and armchair. This property is ideally situated with just a short stroll to the beach. There is a lovely view from the lounge across to Burgh Island. The house itself has the biggest ever sofa, so after an active day we were all able to stretch out
