Bi-folding windows peel back to lead onto the southfacing Mediterranean style patio. Off the hallway is a separate downstairs cloakroom. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Family bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and large butler’s sink. A wooden staircase leads from the entrance hall to the first floor. Elegant master bedroom with impressive dual aspect windows and views towards Bantham Beach and Burgh Island, 5ft king size bed, wardrobe, drawers, dressing table, sofa from which to enjoy the stunning views, roll top bath with folding screen and a separate ensuite WC with hand basin. Second double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, chest of drawers, hooks for hanging and pedestal basin. From the landing, there is access to a castellated balcony with rural views. Bunk room with 3ft single bunks suitable for children only, drawers and large cupboard, with coastal views towards Burgh Island. A steep narrow staircase leads from the first floor to the third double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed and an additional single 3ft bed for occasional use. There is a charming patio to the front of the property with elegant glass dining table, built in bench seating plus chairs and barbecue.
Off street parking for one vehicle in private space. Further parking is available in the nearby Bantham Ham on a daily or weekly tariff.

Wonderful holiday home in a superb location, we really could not have asked for more.Beautiful beach,stunning coastal and estuary walks, great places to eat everything so close at hand we didn't use the car at all! Thank you to the owners and all the great team at Toad Hall for a brilliant holiday!
Having known the area for some time I can, with absolute certainty, say that this is the best house in the South Hams.
