Yes enjoyed stay. Kitchen- especially the gas cooker with eye-level grill was very dated. I did little cooking as a result. Your 3 star ranking was spot on.
Thank you for your comments. We are pleased to advise that the cooker has now been replaced at Bench Cottage. We hope you will return to the cottage again in the future.

We loved Bench Cottage - a lovely house, with everything we needed, and a great location.
Brilliant place to stay, a real character cottage. Love that you can wander up to the village, where there’s a great French Cafe & other eateries or out the gate & onto the heath & into the forest.
