This modern, comfortable and beautifully presented property features an open plan lounge/diner with patio doors opening onto a rear terrace that is ideal for relaxing with a book in the sun and alfresco dining. It boasts three generous bedrooms with the master bedroom having an en suite shower room. This mid terraced contemporary cottage has its own parking, but is within easy and safe walking distance of the High Street, the bustling Quayside and Station and provides a convenient and well-appointed holiday base for exploring the beautiful New Forest area.

We enjoyed our stay We would recommend The Borough Arms Avenue Road Small friendly local pub with good beer and very good reasonably priced home cooked food Only five minutes walk from the house

We had a lovely stay at Corcaigh. The location was ideal for walking into Lymington, and for adventuring in the New Forest. The house was suitable for 6 guests (2 adults and 4 children) and comfortable for our short break.

The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. However, we needed to clean the fridge on arrival as the shelves were dirty with food stuffs. The kettle and the kitchen blind needed a good clean and there were cobwebs hanging from the kitchen ceiling. Overall we had a lovely stay and would choose to stay here again as it is in an excellent location for the walking to the beautiful High Street and Marina.

We had a lovely stay and found it very convenient for train station, ferry port, town and harbour. The bedrooms were comfortable and well-decorated. Constant hot water was a bonus. All main appliances worked well and the kitchen was well-equipped except drying element of washing machine. Maybe a better airer to dry washing would be useful. Wine and biscuits on arrival appreciated. Enjoyed the supply of DVDs and information on the local area.

Corcaigh is in a excellent position the shops, the harbour, are a short walk away, and a few minutes of driving and you're in the new forest or on a beach.

We enjoyed our stay at Corcaigh. Grandchildren 11 and 6 had plenty to do and near bus, train and quay. Very well equipped house and would stay there again.

Corcaigh is clean, comfortable & well equipped with all that is required for a totally relaxing stress free holiday. Corcaigh is within easy walking distance to the town centre with it's many shops & eating establishments & is also within easy walking distance to the railway station to take the frequent ferry to & from the IOW. Corcaigh is also a good base to explore the New Forest & the surrounding area.

The property was bright, clean, airy and very comfortable. It was also equipped to a high standard making it almost a home from home. A great base for exploring the New Forest and with easy access into Lymington.
