A short walk from Porthpean beach and a mile from Charlestown, The Beach Lodge is great base perfect for 6. Local village amenities nearby, outside patio area and parking for up to 3 cars.

The lounge is quite contemporary but cosy.

The modern kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped.
The central unit houses an electric hob and also the dining area on the lounge side of the unit.
The downstairs being open planned means that chef isn't excluded from the rest of the family.
There is a modern shower room on the ground floor, very useful if anyone has difficulties using the stairs.
The third bedroom is downstairs, has 3ft twin beds and is opposite the shower room.
The upstairs master bedroom is very spacious and has a 5ft bed. The original fireplace has been retained which compliments the modern style of the bedroom.

The upstairs family bathroom has the benefit of an additional shower over the bath.

Visit the Kiosk at Helford Passage for boat hire and the foot ferry across to Helford Village.
The outdoor swimming pool is for all residents to use. Open from May 1st until the end of September. Booking is necessary during the school holidays.

Enjoy a day out at the sandy beach at Gyllyngvase, Falmouth. There’s a shop for your buckets and spades and you should check out the Gylly Beach Cafe for delicious lunches or a coffee and cake!

St Michael's Mount is a 45 minute drive. Walk across the causeway or catch the water-taxi to the island.
Nearby Porthleven is a quaint harbour town. Perfect for cafes, fish and chips and gift shops.
Enys Garden, Penryn, has stunning woodland walks. Especially beautiful in the spring.
A day at the Eden Project is not to be missed! About an hour's drive away from here.
