Description

Located between Fordingbridge and Godshill and within the National Park boundary, this detached bungalow has been completely remodelled and refurbished since the beginning of 2010. It now features five bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as a spacious modern kitchen and a large living room with wood burning stove, beams and patio doors to the garden. The property adjoins the renowned Sandy Balls Nature Reserve where additional fishing and many other facilities are available.

Mews Hill A824 and Criddlestyle Cottage are within close proximity (please see pictures) giving the option of combining the two properties to sleep 21 people within 10 bedrooms. (5% discount when booked together).

Fishing available by negotiation with owner, subject to availability, prior to booking. Fishing is on an adjoining private stretch of the River Avon alongside private ancient woodland.
An adjoining 2.5 acre paddock is available on a DIY basis if you wish to bring your horse at £75 per horse per week (up to two horses), by separate negotiation with the owner, subject to availability, prior to booking.  The paddock adjoins a bridleway which gives access to the National Park.
