Curlews is a stunning property located on desirable Bath Road overlooking Lymington River with distant views to The Solent and Isle of Wight. Semi-detached but very private and furnished to a high standard, this contemporary holiday home oozes style and character offering the discerning guest everything required for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The house itself has a light and airy feel throughout with amazing views from the lounge and bedrooms. French doors lead to the attractive secluded rear courtyard garden and summer house. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living rooms there is plenty of space for guests to enjoy this popular holiday spot.

From here you can walk down to the busy yacht haven and watch the world go by or within a fifteen minute walk via the famous cobbles and Quay, you can be in the centre of Lymington with its many restaurants, pubs, cafes and designer shops. The popular Lymington Seawater Baths are a 5 minute walk away. For those who like a good stretch of the legs or a bicycle ride it is possible to walk from Lymington along the sea wall to Keyhaven and Milford on Sea. Take a ride on the Isle of Wight ferry that can be seen from the living room making its regular crossings to Yarmouth from Lymington Pier; not to be missed for its quaintness and access to the rest of the Isle of Wight.

The delightful paved fully enclosed, spacious secluded courtyard garden is accessed from the garden room. On walking down to the end of the south west facing garden you will find the wooden summer house which is attractively furnished with table and chairs. Outside the summer house is a secluded area with garden furniture which is the perfect spot for alfresco dining or an escape for a quiet read!  A barbecue is available for guests use. There is also a garden table, chairs and sun loungers closer to the garden room.

Available for one small car on drive.  Public car park one minute away. Parking permit available.
