<p>Tucked away in the gorgeous South Devon countryside is the village of South Milton, adored for its thatched roofed cottages and pretty tea gardens. The parish includes the hamlets of Upton and Sutton, and stretches east to the golden sands of South Milton beach. Not far from the village is South Milton Ley, a unique freshwater reedbed in a shallow coastal river valley, roost site for a variety of migrating birds, including; the <em>yellow wagtail</em> and the rarely seen <em>least sandpiper</em>. <a href="/holiday-cottages/fallowfield/666">Fallowfield</a> is an attractive detached family dwelling with fabulous unspoilt views of the surrounding hinterland.
