This beautifully presented, modern beach-fronting house offers amazing coastal and sea vistas and has direct access to the award winning Sandbanks beach.  Chic and comfortable with exceptional views from many of the light and airy rooms, this is a perfect location for a sophisticated seaside holiday.  There is a private path from the rear of the house (accessed by other residents), which leads directly to the promenade and along the beautiful sandy beach. 

Located at the eastern entrance to the Sandbanks Peninsular, this much sought after area offers one of the best beaches in the UK with its three miles of golden sands, clean clear waters as well as contemporary waterside bars and restaurants. This is the perfect choice for a family reunion or for catching up with friends in tasteful surroundings as well as being ideally located for those who love to take part in all of the water sports locally on offer; such as paddle boarding, kite surfing, wind surfing, water skiing and jet skiing.

Offered over three floors. On entering from the main front door the entrance hallway steps take you up to the middle floor with the open plan modern living room.  The light just floods in from the rear windows and doors, which lead out onto the private terrace and to the pathway leading onto the promenade and beach.  The modern kitchen features a large fridge/freezer, double oven,  hob, microwave, dishwasher and plentiful cupboard space. The open plan lounge has seating for 8 guests and the dining area has a table offering seating for 12 guests. There is a second lounge on this floor also with a rear aspect, which has a wall mounted TV, Amazon Prime, Netflix and access to a balcony with outside furniture and is a great place to watch the evening sunsets. A cloakroom with w/c and wash hand basin is also offered on this floor.

The lower ground features two bedrooms (one with king size bed and one twin bedroom) large walk in wet room with w/c, utility room with two washing machines and large games room with selection of toys, a pool table and a wall mounted TV.  Access to the side of the house and to steps leading to the path to the beach.

The top floor features 4 bedrooms, master bedroom with en-suite shower room, and access to balcony, bedroom 2 with en-suite shower room and  access to balcony, both of which are sea facing, a double bedroom 3 and a twin bedroom 4 both with front aspect. There is also a family bathroom on this floor with a bath, separate shower and w/c.


The private rear patio area is accessed via huge patio doors from the open plan living area on the middle floor.  Outdoor furniture, dining table, chairs and a charcoal BBQ is provided.  A fabulous terrace from which to enjoy your holiday day and night and also witness the ever changing, glorious views.  There is also a dining table and chairs

There is a balcony from the two sea facing bedrooms on the top floor and each level has its own electric sun awning.


The front of the property offers off road parking for 3-4 vehicles.
