Fairholm is a charming and very well- presented cottage situated in the coastal village of Stoke Fleming near Dartmouth. The property has a good size lounge with feature log burner, a well equipped kitchen, a sunny dining area perfect for family and friends to gather round for a delicious meal, a lovely courtyard garden for al fresco breakfasts, and three light and comfortable bedrooms. Fairholm is perfectly situated for exploring all the delights of the South Hams, before coming back to this beautiful cottage, perfect for families, friends or couples to relax, unwind and enjoy a well- earned break.

Stoke Fleming is positioned in a clifftop location with views out over Start Bay and down towards Blackpool Sands, and standing on the coastal road between the historic naval town of Dartmouth 2 miles away and the pretty town of Kingsbridge 13 miles away. Its position in this area of outstanding natural beauty and on the South West Coast Path lends itself to families and friends looking to enjoy scenic walks, watersports at nearby beaches such as Blackpool Sands 1 mile away, and is perfect for exploring local villages, towns and local attractions. The village itself has a popular local pub, village shop and restaurant, whilst also benefitting from being on a good local bus route. This village is a really great base for a varied Devon holiday.

From kitchen, downstairs to utility room with sink, washing machine, dryer, and freezer. From dining area stairs to first floor, family bathroom bath with electric shower over, WC and hand basin. Twin bedroom two full size 3ft beds. Double bedroom 5 foot kingsize bed. Stairs to Master Bedroom super-kingsize bed, door to en-suite shower room shower cubicle, WC, hand basin, low wardrobe.

From dining area, decking, steps down to courtyard with barbecue, table and seating for 6.

Parking outside property to unload.  Long stay parking free in various locations in village.

One of the best holiday houses we have ever stayed in. The quality of furnishings and equipment is excellent , as good as or perhaps even better, than at home. We stayed last June for a week, and when we next had the chance , we went back in September. Love the Dartmouth area and the house is so well served by the hourly bus service
