Flat 2, West Quay House is situated directly on the harbour-side, with marvellous views both out to sea and along the water-way, where the fishing boats and pleasure crafts come and go right in front of you. A peaceful and comfortable newly refurbished apartment, offering spacious accommodation on the pretty, quieter side of Looe.  It is ideally placed for strolling to local café’s, pubs, and shops, while East Looe is a mere 10 minutes’ walk away over the bridge, where you will find a larger variety of Restaurants, vibrant shops, and pubs, along with the family friendly sandy beach and the famous Banjo Pier.  West Quay House is a great place to either sit and relax, watching the activities on the water front right outside the window, or a convenient base from which to explore the delightful local area (including the charming harbour village of Polperro only 4 miles away) or even travel further afield, discovering the varied sights and entertainments Cornwall has to offer, which are all within easy reach.

Entrance door from Harbour side, up a flight of 13 internal carpeted stairs with hand rail to the hallway.  The Living/dining room, (completely refurbished in February 2018), has an electric coal effect fire place, large Freeview TV and DVD player, sofa and arm chairs. Dining room, dining table with seating for 6.  The modern large Kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, electric hob with grill and cooker beneath and small table and chairs.  The master bedroom has a 4ft 6in double bed and relaxing chair to watch the views. The twin bedroom has two 3ft single beds.  The family shower room with large walk in shower, wash hand basin and WC.  The apartment has been updated in February 2018.  It has night storage heating along with secondary electric heating when necessary.

No outside facilities.

For one car on the pull-in outside West Quay House, please note that parking is on a shared basis with 5 appts sharing 4 spaces. There is plent of additional parking a few minutes walk away on the Quayside, which is charged at local rates.

A well equipped and beautiful kitchen. Lovely main bedroom. "Comfortable" lounge, 2nd bedroom and bathroom. Reasonably priced with fabulous view.
