The South facing property has a large balcony which overlooks the beach and sea in one direction and across a picturesque valley in the other. The penthouse apartment is very light and spacious and is just 20 minutes’ walk along the level coastal road into Salcombe and has direct access to the South West Coast Path. North Sands beach which is just 4 minutes’ walk from the property is very popular with couples and families and the beachside restaurant there is a great place to eat at any time of day.
