Harbour View House is perfect for those looking to stay in the very heart of Salcombe within walking distance to all the town’s shops, pubs and restaurants. Once you have arrived there will be no need to use the car again as everything is right on the doorstep including the ice cream parlour, Captain Flints restaurant, four fantastic Inns and the ferry to the popular sandy beaches across the estuary.

Front entrance. Stairs to first floor hall leading to open plan living room with two sofas, TV, DVD player, dining table to seat 8-9. Kitchen with gas hob, electric cooker, under counter fridge with ice box, microwave and washing machine. Second floor: Bedroom 2 with double bed, single bed and TV. Bedroom 4 with bunk beds. Family bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Third floor: Master bedroom with king size bed, TV, estuary views and en suite shower room with walk in shower cubicle, basin and WC. Bedroom 3 with twin beds. Depending on occupancy numbers there may be limited seating on the sofas in the lounge area.


No outside space however there is a public park around 100 yards from the property. 

Guests can purchase a weekly parking permit for the park and ride car park (£21) and will be reimbursed in full in the ice cream shop below the property. The Park and ride car park is located 10-12 minute walk from property (if outside the seasonal bus running times stated below).

Bus running times: 10am-6pm (approx every 20 mins) on Easter weekend, Spring bank holiday weekend and half term, June weekends and whole of July and August. The bus for the park and ride stops just across the road from the property.

Further no restriction on road parking available at the top of town just 7-10 minutes walk from the property.

  • Telephone: No telephone. Mobile signal good. Wi-Fi.
  • Pets: One dog allowed. (Pet charge £30.00 per week).
  • Local facilities: Pubs, shops and restaurants all within a very short walk. Ferry to beach across the estuary 300 yards. Kingsbridge with supermarkets and all other facilities 6 miles.
