Hay Cottage is a charming thatched cottage located off a quiet pedestrian lane in the very heart of the village of Malborough in South Devon. The property, which has designated parking nearby, is situated just a short walk from two village pubs, a decent co-op shop and the village park and playing fields. The dog friendly cottage is just 2 miles from both Salcombe and Hope Cove so good sandy beaches and great coastal walks are never far away. 

Front entrance to lounge with two sofas, armchair, 2 tub chairs, TV, DVD player, log burner and dining table to seat 6/7. Bedroom 3 with 3ft twin beds off lounge. Kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. At rear of property bedroom 4 with single 3ft day bed and adjoining shower room with shower cubicle, basin, WC and condenser dryer. Rear hall area with space for coats and boots. First floor: Master bedroom with 4ft 6 double bed. Bedroom 2 with 3ft twin beds. Family bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. 

Fully enclosed garden with table and chairs.

Designated parking space for one car 100 yards from the property. Further free parking available in the village hall car park.

Included: Bed linen and towels. Electricity, night storage heating (with additional portable oil filled radiator). Travel cot, high chair and fixed stair gate at top of stairs.
