Hearts' Bakehouse is the perfect choice for those seeking a holiday retreat with all of the amenities of this unspoilt coastal town right on the doorstep.  Nestled in a quiet lane with attractive cottages and origins that date back to Saxon times this attractive two bedroom property in the heart of Lyme Regis offers comfortable and well equipped accommodation for couples or families.  The seafront promenade, shops, restaurants, pubs and gardens are all just a stone's throw from the cottage. The property benefits from a balcony with glimpses of the sea and far reaching views of Stonebarrow Hill and Golden Cap National Trust Estate, which forms part of the World Heritage Site. 

This holiday cottage is located just a minute's walk from the main shops, seafront and amenities in the heart of the seaside town of Lyme Regis.  As well as a sandy beach and seafront promenade, the town includes celebrity chef Mark Hix's superb Oyster and Seafood Restaurant, along with many other restaurants, cafes, pubs and tearooms. Lyme Regis is a wonderful location for a traditional seaside break. There are a wide selection of independent shops, as well as an award winning museum, and small theatre. For the more adventurous, the South West Coast Path heads west through the amazing Undercliff between Lyme Regis and Axmouth, or east towards Charmouth and the magnificent National Trust Estate at Golden Cap. For those planning a holiday without a car, the mainline railway station in nearby Axminster is served by a regular bus service (or taxis), to and from the town.

Property was well presented, very comfortable, quiet, and very convenient and the terrace and views across Lyme Regis were a great plus. We enjoyed our stay very much and we are very likely to book it again.
