Higher Cliftonville is a smart and well equipped apartment with stunning views of the estuary from the open plan living area, balcony and master bedroom. It is located in a great spot in Salcombe just a few minutes walk from the waterside and the centre of town where you can find a great selection of friendly pubs, fine restaurants, boutique shops, art galleries and the ferry to a number of popular sandy beaches. The great location of this property makes it ideal for either families or couples. The apartment entrance is accessed from a small hall shared with only one other apartment.
