"Hingston farmhouse was the nicest property we have stayed in. It was very welcoming and the owners were incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. The location and views were amazing."
"This was an amazing place to stay. We had such a great time and everyone was made to feel so welcome by the owners. It was the most beautiful setting and we were given freedom of the farm. The dog had the best holiday ever with fields to run in and friends to play with. We arrived to fresh eggs from the chickens and homemade flapjacks."

Our stay at Hingston Farmhouse was a wonderful experience for our family. The farmhouse is set in lovely countryside and was spacious, clean and very well appointed. It was also particularly good for thechildren,as there were animals to see and a gym/games room which they enjoyed using.Suzie the owner was very friendly, helpful and attentive which made our stay even more relaxing..........David Knowles
We enjoyed our stay and will be back to the area.
Every thing you would expect a traditional farmhouse to be. John and Susie were exceptionally friendly without being intrusive There were most welcome fresh eggs and flapjacks on arrival. Blue and Meg the dogs always greeted one with a ball or battered toy of sorts to throw for them. A perfect place for us to recover from selling our home in Devon before embarking on our new home in Scotland.
The best self-catering accommodation we've stayed in so far in any part of the country. A real home-from-home and the owners had done so much to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Had a wonderful holiday here for a week - suited all of us aged 9 to 85!. Beautiful views, space to run around ( and park!) , friendly horses, eggs to gather, trampoline to bounce on, fabulous large kitchen table to eat around and comfy beds -couldn't ask for more. We want to do it again! Thank you.
Great professional service and fantastic cottages
Fantastic property on a working farm. The children loved the space and freedom to run around, not to mention the lovely resident dogs and horses. Owners very helpful. Quiet and peaceful rural setting with a million dollar view over the rolling fields.
Wow! This is an amazing house. There was 13 of us and this house was more then big enough for us all and there was ample parking too (we had 4 cars and 2 vans). The house is very nicely decorated and to a very high standard. The Kitchen is certainly the hub of the house, were we all felt like it was home. The owners are lovely people and even left us with fresh milk and eggs from the farm. We also fell in love with the dog and the puppy that were onsite. The location was perfect close to the beaches Bigbury-on-sea and Bantham. Ideal for surfing and paddle boarding which we spent a lot of time doing. Also there is plenty of space at the house to hose off boards and wetsuits and hang them to dry.
Hingston Farmhouse is a wonderful property, in a beautiful location with extremely friendly and helpful owners on site. The only negative was that we had only booked for one week!
Great property and the owners are very helpful.
