Yes we had a lovely time
Furnishings are only marked 3 because of uncomfortable beds. Lounge furniture was lovely.
We had a fantastic 10 days but we always do, and we will be using toad hall again , the staff are helpful, friendly and a joy to speak to .
Good clean cottage, if a little dated.
Fabulous stay at Lime Hill. Close to habour, spacious rooms, nice and clean throughout.
The cottage is in an excellent spot to quickly access all Polperro has to offer. Comfortable beds!
I enjoyed our holiday in Polperro and also think Toad hall cottages are a good company to use if you're taking your pets, however I'm not an animal lover and don't like finding pet hair and the odour of them. Our bedding on the top was clean but when the sheet came off the mattress protector was dirty and covered in pet hair. The bathroom also was not the cleanest with mould around the window and grotty plastic holders. The mattress wasn't the comfiest but my husband said he found it ok. The cottage itself is in a brilliant location to the harbour, shops, restaurants and beach. When we arrived in Polperro I realised that I hadn't phoned to arrange the key collection but the gentleman I spoke to from out of hours toad hall cottages was extremely helpful.
An excellent cottage in an excellent location in excellent village. Thank you
We have been holidaying in Polperro for about ten years now. This is the second time we have stayed at Lime Hill and we will be using it again next year.
We did enjoy our stay at Lime Hill, step between lounge and kitchen is a hazard, you have to remember that it is there at all times or else you could have quite a nasty fall. But that said we would stay there again.
We had a lovely stay.
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose Toad Hall cottages again. It might be better to explain clearer about the parking as we were unaware that it could be booked before. Polperro is definitely somewhere we would stay again but maybe choose a property with better views.
We had a great family holiday, many thanks. Lime Hill was just right for us and the dog. We all liked being in the centre of the village - close to shops, bakery, postoffice, harbour etc. Also v. easy to make it out to the woods behind via Chapel steps to walk the dog.
First class experience from start to finish, will be our first call when we next visit Polperro
Wonderful company will keep coming back
We have been coming to Polperro for over 20 years and never used you but we will in future ...from the minute I got in contact with you you were most helpful and we popped in to see Kim in the office really nice ,and helpful Thank you Tony and John Dow
