New to Toad hall Cottages; Lowenna Polperro is an attractive refurbished three bedroomed cottage with delightful views across the historic village, and offers a spacious and well-proportioned interior, as well as having a great sun trap on the side terrace for alfresco dining. It has the added bonus of a lower enclosed terraced garden, making it a comfortable and relaxing holiday destination, for families and couples alike, with its own private parking. The village and quintessential harbour is but a few minutes' walk down the hill, where you will find yourself in the bustle of this vibrant town, with a good collection of traditional inns, restaurants and small artistic shops, along with local food shops and post office which provide this popular seaside village with all the necessities. On either side of the stunning harbour, where fishing boats and pleasure craft bob in the changing tides, there is the beautiful Cornish Costal Path, for those that are more energetic, with its scenic views and delightful destinations just waiting to be explored.

Open plan living/dining room: with window seats overlooking the terrace and village below, (and door to rear terrace) , 2 sofas, gas log burning effect fire, flat screen TV . Dining Room: with table and seating for 6. Kitchen: with small 2 seater window table, electric 'Aga' cooker, microwave, fridge freezer. Rear hallway leading to Ground Floor Double Bedroom: with 4ft 6in double bed, hanging rail open cupboard and chest of draws. Ground Floor Shower Room: with walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin. Next to this a Bathroom: bath with shower over and wash hand basin. Utility Room on ground floor with washing machine and drying area. Open tread stairway to first floor Master Double Bedroom: with 4ft 6in double bed, large chest of drawers and wardrobe plus a wash basin (with cold water only). En-suite WC. First floor Twin Bedroom with single 3 ft bed and a second truckle bed of same size to be made up when required, wardrobe and bedside cabinet.
Please note: the Aga is on all of the time and is hot to touch, so children should be supervised arround this cooking facility.
A terrace to the sides and rear of the property, also a wider side terrace with seating , plus a gated entrance to a lower enclosed terrace, with lawns and flower beds.
Please note: the lower terrace is gated, but is down a set of steep steps with a hand rail.
Parking available at the property in front of the garage, space for two cars.

We very much enjoyed our stay, Polperro is such a pretty little village. The towel rail in the bathroom didn't work so we frequently had to use the aga rail to dry towels.
As written above, we had a lovely stay and would gladly recommend Lowenna Polperro to others; the property standard was very high.
Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely return.
