Quietly tucked away in the heart of Seaton, Manor Court is a modern holiday property offering comfortable and well equipped accommodation. The property is within easy walking distance of the seafront promenade with its mile long beach, shops, restaurants and pubs.  This is the perfect choice for those seeking a seaside property with all the amenities of this attractive town right on the doorstep. The nature reserve is also nearby along the western bank of the River Axe and has a number of foot paths and cycle trails and bird hides which give you an excellent vantage point to observe the varied wildlife on the marshes and estuary. During your stay why not take the local tramway which runs frequently from Seaton to Colyton stopping at Colyford on the way. 


Entrance hall leads to seperate fitted kitchen with gas hob & electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.  Living area with dining table and chairs, two comfortable sofas, additional armchair, 40'' Flatscreen TV and CD player.  Ground floor cloakroom.  First floor to Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6 inch double bed and ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 with twin 3ft single beds. Bedroom 3 with 3ft bunk beds.  Family bathroom with bath, W.C. and wash basin.

There is a garage opposite the property for the sole use of guests. Please be aware this can be a tight squeeze if you have a large car, however there is public parking very close by. 

  • Included: Bed linen, towels, (guests to provide own beach towels), WiFi, electricity and heating.  
  • Pets: One well behaved small to medium sized dog welcome. (Pet charge £25.00 per week)  
  • No smoking.
  • Local facilities: Beach 600m. Pubs, shops and restaurants all within a very short walk. Lyme Regis 7 miles.

Good location for beach an seafront. Double bedroom needs to be refurbished and new mattress etc.

A very enjoyable stay in a well-equipped and central located house. Would recommend highly to anybody. Excellent customer service from Toad Hall cottages.

Like home from home good location to the shops and pubs. Good secure garden for dogs and if you had small children. Nice gesture to receive bottle of wine. Would like to have had slightly bigger TV and also found quilt a bit to hot double bedroom and the shower head in on suit could do with descaling. But apart from small little details really enjoyed our stay will be coming again and will recommend to friends and family
