Festive decorations were nice. Cottage was generally warm, comfortable and cosy. Impressed that the 1000 piece jigsaw had all of its pieces (Cluedo doesn't though).
We did enjoy our stay - it's a beautiful location. The owner did really try to sort out the heating - but it's hard when there is no-one on hand to sort out problems. I do prefer it when there is someone that will come over to resolve issues. This is our usual experience that there is someone who can do these things.
I loved my stay in this beautiful little cottage. Especially the conservatory was my favourite place in the morning. Everything was tip-top at my arrival. You have everything on your doorstep and you are in a few minutes in the heart of the New Forest. It is peaceful and quiet and Keren, the Owner was very helpful and even did once laundry for me, as there was no washing-machine in the cottage. So for me it was the perfect stay and if I want to do some holiday in the New Forest again, this cottage is definitely one of my favourite picks for it. I also want to mention the great and very friendly service offered by you and your team of the New Forest Cottages. All in all a great experience and I won't hesitate to book my next cottage with you again.
The location is very good and we would recommend The Rose and Thistle Pub in Rockbourne
Yes. Very nice setting. Good for two people.
The "handbook" said the black bin sacks would be emptied early on Friday morning. We were there for 2 weeks and it was not emptied at all. Apart from this we enjoyed the holiday. The cottage was really nice and comfortable. The seclusion was great!
We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay at Marshlands Cottage. We are sorry to hear the bins were not emptied during your stay. We have passed your comments on to the owners to ensure this is looked into for future guests. We hope to welcome you to the New forest again in the future.

Extremely well-appointed cottage, together with all the amenities you would expect to find in such a popular area. The tour buses that leave from nearby Fordingbridge are well worth checking out. A very positive experience overall!
