Description

This comfortable and pretty well equipped apartment is situated in an elevated position a short stroll away from the centre of the village and the harbour. It has the advantage of its own parking space and a sunny terrace on which to relax and watch the world go by. Polperro itself has masses of atmosphere and provides an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall, with its rugged coastline with secret coves and miles of cliff top walks. The village has several olde world inns as well as excellent restaurants and shops and it is very easy to spend many pleasant hours at the quayside or the nearby beach watching the comings and goings of this traditional fishing port. Moorview is ideal for couples looking for a short or long break.

Steps lead up from the parking bay to the apartment. Living/dining room with patio doors opening onto the sun terrace, electric coal effect fan heater, two sofas, FreeSat TV, DVD player, CD player and dining table . Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed. Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Newly refurbished modern Shower-room with walk-in shower, wash-hand basin and WC.

The sun terrace runs the width of the apartment, furnished with a garden table and two chairs.

Allocated parking for one car below apartment.

  • Included: Bed linen and towels ( but no beach towels), WiFi, electricity and heating (night storage).
  • Telephone: Incoming calls only. Mobile reception can be poor but Orange and T-Mobile/EE good.
  • Local Facilities: Polperro beach 10 minutes walk. The nearest Pub/restaurant "Crumplehorn" is only 100 yards away.Talland beach 1 mile. Other south coast beaches are easily accessible by car. Shops, pubs and restaurants all in Polperro. Looe with more facilities and beach, 4 miles. Plymouth 25 miles. Truro 29 miles.
