We had a lovely time. The local pubs and restaurants were very good. Most outstanding pub The Blue Pete and best restaurant ‘
We had a really good stay, and the comments above should not be interpreted as a reflection of our overall experience. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was a great location - and fabulous to have a nearby parking spot.
We loved the place it was charming, we enjoyed log fires and the close proximity to the harbour and beach.
Perfect!!! the roof deck makes this cottage. Superb on sunny days -mind out for the seagulls however :)
Lovely Cottage and beautiful little village thoroughly enjoyed our stay
I've been coming down to Polperro since i was a child and now my husband and myself bring oir 2 girls and they adore being in Polperro so we will definitely be coming down again and again and using Toad Hall cottages. Our oldest wants to come down for her 5th Birthday in Decemeber so hoping to come again this year. The website is so easy to use amd find exactly what we want. Really looking forward to using you again
morvena ..... lovely place to stay , very well equipped .. we just had our second visit ... will return again maybe this year
Had a wonderful time at this cottage. it was ideally located near the centre and harbour so all were within easy walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and everything was spot on. (Only a couple of things you might want to mention to the owners - the front door lock was very stiff and we couldn't lock it sometimes. - the electric radiator in the kitchen didnt give out any heat. the power came on but it looked like it needed 'programming' or something. Please send our regards to the owners- they left us some bubbly, chocolates, logs and even some doggy treats - what a lovely gesture - FANTASTIC
Thank you very much for your contribution to the lovely weekend we spent in Polperro celebrating a wedding, walking the coastal paths, enjoying the fabulous hospitality in the village and the beauty of the whole area! Your instructions for finding Morvena were first class, as were the details on unpacking/ parking/ and the key safe. The cottage itself was delightful and suited my daughter, her dog and myself perfectly - we loved it and cannot wait to come back sometime in the not-too-distant future. Thank you again for an excellent service.
Everyone contacted was helpfull and friendly. The cottage was clean on arrival and the lady who looks after it came and introduced herself to us which was a nice touch.
