This popular sailing resort has two large marinas, two sailing clubs, and also a Roman seawater baths - a popular attraction on a hot summer&rsquo;s day and only a short walk from the Old Town Quay. West of the town lies a four mile stretch of coastal nature reserve which ends at Hurst Spit.
