The house can be approached from the private car park, down a flight of steps, or via the pedestrian path from the village and the coastal path, up a flight of steps.
There is a parking space provided for this property, it is under cover and will take one small car.
There are several sets of steps (around 76 steps) leading down from the car park, with flat paths between each set of steps.
Extra parking is available in the main Polperro Car Park at local charges, approx £40.00 for a weekly ticket.

- Due to the hillside location, we would not recommend this property to the elderly or infirm.
We loved our stay, we got married in Looe Guildhall and spent our honeymoon in Pilchard Rock, which was fantastic. Kim and the team in the Polperro office were superb throughout, I'll be sending a separate email with more details of this, for now a huge 'THANK YOU'.
We enjoyed our stay at Pichard Rock and the views were outstanding. I think with a bit more care and attention to detail it would be a perfect place to stay. You need to be very fit though as there are more than a few stairs (I think we counted 72) from the car parking area to the property!
