The house can be approached from the private car park, down a flight of steps, or via the pedestrian path from the village and the coastal path, up a flight of steps.
There is a parking space provided for this property, it is under cover and will take up to two small cars, one behind the other.
There are several sets of steps leading down from the car park, with flat paths between each set of steps.
Extra parking is available in the main Polperro Car Park at local charges, approx £40.00 for a weekly ticket.
