Description

Plummers Water is a dog friendly four bedroom, two bathroom, detached bungalow providing comfortable accommodation for families, walkers and cyclists seeking a base from which to explore this wonderful part of the New Forest. Situated in a semi-rural location with direct forest access to miles of open heathland this spacious peaceful property is the perfect place to relax and unwind in the attractive south facing garden or conservatory.  

Situated within three miles is the popular coastal town Lymington which has a variety of pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and independent retail shops.  Enjoy a day out on the Isle of Wight with regular crossings from Lymington to Yarmouth or walk along the sea wall enjoying the everchanging scene on The Solent.

The famous Beaulieu Motor Museum and village is within 4 miles of Plummers Water providing an interesting day out for all the family with pretty Brockenhurst village just 5 miles away. New Forest Activities also based in Beaulieu offers activities such as kayaking, archery, canoeing, ropewalks, battlefield live and cycle hire.

Bedroom 2 with twin single beds, cot and vanity unit.
Bedroom 3 with king size bed. 
Bedroom 4 with single bed and further pull out single bed. Bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and WC.

Large attractive lawned south facing garden surrounded by colourful mature shrubs with separate enclosed patio with garden furniture. Further enclosed courtyard garden. The property enjoys direct forest access. Please note gate must be kept closed at all times to prevent the ponies entering the garden and to keep the garden fully enclosed.

Up to two cars on the drive with additional parking on quiet lane outside house.

Included Bed linen and towels are provided (guests must provide their own beach towels), electricity and central heating (gas), WiFi.
Children All ages welcome.
Pets Up to two dogs welcome. Must be over the age of 1 year old (unless agreed with the owner prior to booking) and dogs must be fully housetrained and well behaved. Please note that there is a standard charge of £25 per pet per week.
